1.1 Are Fitgirlies products just for women?

Not at all. While we put a fun, feminine spin on everything, anyone who values convenience, style, and durability can enjoy our gear.

1.2 Do you have a physical store?

We’re primarily online, so you can browse and buy our full lineup right from our website. For any upcoming pop-ups or events, check our social media or sign up for our newsletter.

1.3 How can I contact Customer Support?

1.4 Do you collaborate with influencers or accept brand ambassadors?

2. Product Features & Compatibility

2.1 What exactly is the CupCaddie?

CupCaddie is a wrap-around sleeve that attaches to your water bottle. It offers pockets for your phone, keys, and small items, freeing up your hands during workouts or errands. Further its magnetic inserts allow for your CupCaddie (including your bottle, keys phone, etc.. to be hung from any metallic surface (that allows magnetic grip).

2.2 How does the MagBabe work?

MagBabe is our magnetic gym bag that clings to metal surfaces (like squat racks), keeping your things off the floor. It’s got strong built-in magnets, so your essentials stay put, even when you’re switching stations.

2.3 Is the SipDiva just a regular tumbler?

It’s more than that! SipDiva has a built-in straw, a comfortable handle, and double-walled insulation—so your drinks stay hot or cold for hours. It’s designed to be both stylish and practical.

2.4 Can I fit my large smartphone with a thick case into SipSista’s ring top?

Most standard smartphones with regular cases fit just fine. If you have an extra-bulky case or a super-wide phone, you may need to remove the case first. Check the product measurements on our site for exact details.

2.5 Will the magnets in MagBabe or CupCaddie damage my phone or credit cards?

Our magnets are strong enough to attach securely but not so powerful that they typically affect electronics or cards. However, if you’re concerned, place those items in a separate pocket to be safe.

2.6 Are your products safe for kids or pregnant moms?

Our gear is not age-restricted and is generally safe. If you’re pregnant or have any medical concerns (e.g., pacemakers and magnets), always consult a healthcare provider just to be sure.

2.7 Are your bottles dishwasher‑safe?

Most Fitgirlies tumblers (like SipDiva) are top-rack dishwasher-safe. For items with magnets (MagBabe) or removable straps, we recommend hand washing to extend their lifespan.

2.8 Do these products help me lose weight or get fit?

Our gear won’t magically make you shed pounds—but it can motivate you to stay active and organized. Many customers say they feel more inspired to work out consistently when their gear is convenient and fun to use.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, and sometimes Apple Pay or Google Pay. Check the checkout page for the most up-to-date options.

3.2 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we might be able modify or cancel it if we receive your message in time. Mind you there might be a delay between you sending the email and our agents reading it and taking action, that's why we can't guarantee that it will be possilbe before it's shipped out.

Email us immediately at hello@fitgirlies.com. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes, but we’ll guide you through a return/exchange if needed.

3.3 Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email?

It might be in your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, email us your full name and order details so we can resend the confirmation.

3.4 My discount code isn’t working—help!

Check for typos, expiration dates, or minimum purchase requirements. If the problem persists, contact us at hello@fitgirlies.com and we’ll look into it.

3.5 Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards on our site. They make perfect last-minute gifts for friends or family who love stylish workout accessories.

3.6 Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Generally, our system only allows one discount code per order. If you’re unsure, reach out to us and we’ll see if we can help.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Where do you ship from?

We have several warehouses across he globe, in the U.S., Europe, Australia and Asia. Some products may be fulfilled from different locations depending on stock and your region.

4.2 Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the all of U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, parts of Asia and select other international destinations. Check our Shipping Policy for an up-to-date country list.

4.3 How long does shipping take?

For orders within the U.S. Europe and Australia, typical delivery is 3–7 business days. You’ll see an estimated time at checkout.

4.4 Can I get expedited shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping options.

4.5 How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a tracking link once your package ships. You can also log into your Fitgirlies account (if you created one) to see your order status.

4.6 My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

First, check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. Sometimes carriers mark deliveries prematurely. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

4.7 Do you ship using eco-friendly packaging?

We’re transitioning to more sustainable materials whenever possible. We’ll keep striving for greener shipping solutions.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Return Policy page for details.

5.2 How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at hello@fitgirlies.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions on how to ship the item back.

5.3 Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Check our policy for specifics.

5.4 Can I return a used item?

All returned items must be in new condition, with original undamaged packaging. If the product is visibly used, washed, sprayed with perfume or deodorant or damaged, refunds or exchanges may be partial or denied.

5.5 How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds usually process within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to see the credit on your statement.

5.6 What if I get a damaged or defective product?

We stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@fitgirlies.com with photos. We’ll replace it or offer a refund as quickly as possible.

6. Warranty & Repairs

6.1 Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our standard warranty is 3 months from the purchase date for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or misuse isn’t covered.

6.2 How do I make a warranty claim?

Email hello@fitgirlies.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

6.3 Can I buy replacement parts (like a lid or strap)?

We do have spare parts for select products. Send us a message at hello@fitgirlies.com to see if we can help you out.

7. Care & Maintenance

7.1 Can I put MagBabe or CupCaddie in the washing machine?

We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water. Prolonged heat or tumbling can weaken the magnets and fabric over time.

7.2 How do I clean my SipDiva or SipSista properly?

Remove the lid and straw, and hand wash with warm soapy water. Most models are top‑rack dishwasher‑safe, but always check the product label or description first.

7.3 Will the colors fade over time?

We use quality materials to keep designs vibrant. With normal use and proper care, any fading should be minimal. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals.

7.4 Can I store hot liquids in SipSista?

Yes SipSista is a double-walled insolation bottle fit to keep the temperature of hot and cold beverages. Always check product instructions for max temperature recommendations.

8. Discounts, Rewards & Promotions

8.1 Do you offer bulk or team discounts?

Yes! For group orders (like fitness classes, corporate gifts, etc.), email us at hello@fitgirlies.com and we’ll work out a group discount.

8.2 Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

We’re working on it! Follow our newsletter or social media to be the first to know when it launches.

8.3 Do you run seasonal sales or promotions?

Absolutely! We have promos during holidays and special occasions. Sign up for our mailing list or follow us on Instagram for early announcements.

9. Partnerships & Affiliates

9.1 I’m a personal trainer. Can I partner with Fitgirlies?

9.2 I own a boutique/gym and want to stock your products. Is that possible?

10. Account & Privacy

10.1 Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and speed up future checkouts.

10.2 How secure is my personal information?

We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your payment details on our servers. Your data is safe with us.

10.3 How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us at hello@fitgirlies.com and we’ll remove you from the list.

11. Contact & Troubleshooting

11.1 I have a question not covered in this FAQ. What do I do?

11.2 The website won’t let me complete my order.

Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or switch to a different browser/device. If that still doesn’t work, email us a screenshot of the error at hello@fitgirlies.com.

11.3 I’m not receiving updates about my order—what now?

Check your spam folder, and ensure you entered the correct email at checkout. If you still can’t find anything, let us know and we’ll manually send you any updates.

11.4 My item is lost, and the tracking link is giving me an error.

Tracking links can sometimes take a day or two to update. If it’s been more than 48 hours with no movement, drop us a line so we can check with the shipping carrier.

11.5 Can I speak to a real person on the phone?

We currently focus on email and chat support to keep wait times low and allow us to respond quickly. If you have a unique issue that absolutely requires a call, email us at hello@fitgirlies.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
